Apple announced iOS 18 at its WWDC Developers Conference on June, and after the opening main remark, the first Beta developer issued an update. After a few months of Beta, Apple today is Finully Finlally to introduce iOS 18 and iPados 18 to all – just in time for the new edition of the iPhone 16.
In addition to focusing on Apple Intelligence there is a redesigned application for photos, there are more options to customize for your home screen (Begone, Grid!) And icons can be colored. RCS messages are also available.
Update to iOS 18 or iPados 18 head to Settings Application on your device. Go to General and then Software update. If you do not see iOS 18 Immitelley, select the option at the top of the screen where you can choose between iOS 17 and iOS 18. Note that the updates may take a while for the update so new because many users will try to download.
We recommend that you back up all your important content. From photos to video it is always good to prepare your iPhone before updating its software.
No Apple News Service
As you could expect, the main feature of iOS 18 is the new Apple Intelligence SUITE OF AI features – but you won’t find it in the first iOS 18. Apple Intelligence will be available on the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 15 for the end of this year, offers features such as live rewriting, tool writing, generative image creation and more.
It is also equipped with new emergency features, such as news through satellite and emergency live video SOS, as well as help on the road through satellite.
Apple Intelligence debuts as part of iOS 18.1 and further in October. The first introduction will be only American English, with localization for English in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and the UK coming in December. Next year comes the support of Chinese, French, Japanese and Spanish.
